JOB ROLE :
- Concept Drawing
- Tender Drawings and documents,
- Vendor Qualification
- Vendor Negotiation
- Work closely with architects and other professionals.
- Schedule meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
- Navigate and understands building codes.
- Process paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
- Monitor construction processes.
- Stay up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Strong math skills including algebra, geometry, and basic arithmetic
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans
- Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Knowledge of the latest building codes
Education and Experience Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, mathematics, architecture, or a similar field is required
- At least 5 years of related experience is required
- Experience in (Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure. Facade, ACP Cladding, Spider Glazing, Sliding Doors & Sliding Windows)
