Senior Design Engineer - Sheet Metal Fabrication (4-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Review and Verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by sales or customer.
- Prepare Machine GA drawings, and other Sheet Metal Components.
- Co-ordinate with sales team for design approval by customer.
- Hands-On Experience with design,engineering and / or fabrication of sheet metal components preferred.
- Preparation of engineering drawings for manufacturing.
- Prepare Bill of Material (BOM)
- Understand the in-house manufacturing facilities and design the components accordingly (drawings for ease of manufacturing).
- Ability to understand the design to the cost concept.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Communicate frequently with other supporting departments like manufacturing stores,projects and services. And at times with shop floor workers also.
- Strong problems-solving skills and a creative approach for generating new ideas.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to prepare 3D drawings using Creo-2 is added as advantage.
- Care of customers and all stakeholders;for welfare and work-personal life balance of all team members; for the environment and society.
- Commitment to honesty and truthfulness; learning to upgrading skills and knowledge.

Education : BE Mechanical
Experience : 4-5 Years in Sheet Metal Industry with Autocad & ProE Software's. Preferably from AHU Manufacturing Industry.
