Senior Design Engineer - Valve Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)
- Design & Development of valves according to their respective standards. Knowledge of Valve standards ASME, API, MSS-SP, ISA etc. is essential
- Preparing & Reviewing Development plan.
- Performing Design Calculations, and Preparing, 3D models and 2D drawings using Solid Works software. Solid works Skill is a must.
- Performing design analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) & CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate developments prior to manufacturing.
- To generate development output documents such as Bill of Materials, Part Drawings and Assembly drawings.
- To generate & verify product development.
- To solve any technical problems faced during production.
- Conducting testing & validation of new developments.
- Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal departments for developing and improving the technical documents.
- To maintain drawings BOM- s, Instruction Manuals & Control the revisions & distribution as per System Procedures
- Maintain ISO documents, monitor department Quality objectives and meet the targets set by the management. Implement the Corrective actions to ensure the Quality Objective are met.
