We're looking for highly experienced individuals with a B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Environmental Engineering and a minimum of 8 years to 30 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the water supply and sewerage sector, specializing in pipelines and treatment plants. With a deep understanding of WaterGems & SewerGems design software, you will bring a wealth of technical expertise to our team.
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead complex projects and drive innovation in water and sewer system design. With your extensive experience, you will bring a fresh perspective and bring new ideas to the table, challenging our team to think outside the box.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and modeling of water and sewer systems using WaterGems & SewerGems software.
- Mentoring junior design engineers and providing guidance on complex projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on designs from junior engineers.
- Staying current with industry advancements and incorporating new techniques into designs.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Taking ownership of projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Providing leadership and direction for the design team.
