Senior Design/Proposal Engineer - Vacuum Systems Designing (3-5 yrs)

1. Should be already working in a Vacuum Industry designing Vacuum Systems, ejectors and condensers

2. Should have worked with Oil and Gas and Fertilizer and Chemical industry clients in India

3. Ready to work in a kind of entrepreneurial atmosphere, so self motivated

4. Ready to re-locate as per the requirements of Management from time to time.

Perks, Incentives, ESOPs & Compensation details :

- Remuneration targeted between Rs.6 to 8 lacs per annum based on relevant experience and knowledge, but no restriction for a deserving candidate, we can relax the limits.

Duties and Responsibility :

- Understanding the full specifications of the RFQ / Enquiry coming in from various customers. Making effective summary of the requirements, Key notes, and key concerns in both technical and commercial aspects. Sharing it with Director India and also US teams.

- Designing of the Vacuum ejectors and condenser systems and heat exchangers as per the requirements.

- Discussion/Communication/Co-ordination with our Head Quarters (HQ) in US to get the design approved and key technical points agreed within stipulated time frame.

- Making Proposals/Quotes for the Customers in Refining, Oil and Gas, Fertilizers, Chemical segment. Submission of the quotes to the customers, taking initiatives in expediting the evaluation, participating in the technical discussions with customers

- Tender bid submissions on EIL / IOCL Portals as per the procedures.

- Supporting the various activities for Graham India Operations

- Preparing and tracking the status of projects and quotes.

- Ensuring proper communication with client and internal departments to ensure that the customers are satisfied.
