Senior Designer - Interior Designing (8-10 yrs)

Job Location : BKC- Mumbai
Working Days : 6 days - 9 AM to 6 PM (2nd & 4th - Saturday -OFF)
Reporting to : Design Head
Qualification : Degree in Interior Designing - Full time
CTC : 6 Lacs to 8 Lacs
Notice Period : Immediate to 30

Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
- Work on multiple projects with the design team and manage development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.
- Participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed.
- Adhere to quality control and review of design documentation and project schedule
- Attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.
- Travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the - brief-
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce - sample- and - mood products-
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Key Skills :
- Should have experience of Turnkey
- Preference will be given for experience in projects of Institutional Buildings, Offices, Corporate Offices, Information Technology, Banks, Malls, University Complex & Pharma & Non-residential sector.
Industry : Architecture/ Interior designing
Mandatory :
- Should have software's knowledge like lumion, 3d max, VR, AR, MR, Auto-Cad, Revit & Sketch Up, MS-Office
- At least 2 commercial office projects of 25,000 Sq. ft are designed and implemented
- Should have Good vision & knowledge of Material
- Should be able to estimate the cost involved
- Should have extensively worked on interior design, Projects of Commercial nature
- Share the portfolios along with CVs.
