Job Description :

- The company is a core MEP design and BIM consultancy firm. Our MEP consultants use artificial intelligence to create drawings automatically to prevent delays & errors.

Job Responsibilities :

- Review plans and specifications according to the project

- Handle client discussions - Coordinate with architects, engineers for the project

- Supervise the preparation of plans, details, specifications and cost estimates of electrical

- Prepare electrical designs & drawings

- Prepare BOQs, load calculations & other electrical design reports.

- Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects

- Should have knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM software.

- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required

- Do client meetings & site visits

- Need to travel for projects discussion & visits

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Electrical University degree in Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

- At least 8 years of construction experience with working knowledge of electrical

- Past experience of working on international projects- US, Middle east, Europe, Asia (apart from India) a must

- Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, schematics - AutoCAD and BIM is a must

- Having worked in MEP consultancy firm is a must.

- Possess excellent organizational skills to manage and lead team

- Possess excellent communication skills to talk to clients

- Should have knowledge of Green building norms and must have a done projects with Gold and Platinum Ratings in the past

- Should have knowledge of National & International electrical codes

- Should have worked in International market Willing to travel across cities to meet clients and supervise project sites

- Should have done townships, IT parks,highrises & commercial complexes projects
