Job Description - Sr. Electrical Design Engineer/ Sr. Manager

Salary : No bar for a right candidate.

Experience : 10 - 15 years

- Need electrical design engineer with preferred experience in industrial electrical design engineering/Steel Plants/Cement plants/sugar mills/commercial buildings etc. Experience in any of these sectors will be an added advantage.

Role Summary :

- We are looking for electrical design engineer for the position of Sr. electrical design engineer/ Manager - to join our fast-growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate from our Indian office with colleagues in our Sweden office. Technical quality, cost-effectiveness, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance to a team of designers are integral parts of this role. You will act as the senior responsible for the team deliveries and will be seen as an important resource to control and deliver according to set requirements. You will be responsible together with our team in Sweden to ensure quality and good customer contacts.

Responsibilities :

- Electrical design of power distribution, control, communication, lighting, fire alarm and security systems for Steel Plants/Cement Plants/commercial building/data centers/institutional and municipal sectors etc.

- Technical calculations and software use for lighting analyses, load calculations, arc flash, fault & coordination studies, power system design.

- Writing detailed and concise technical reports, feasibility studies, including written responses and instructions as required during all project phases.

- Conducting all tasks in cooperation with internal clients and other engineering disciplines.

- Managing and enhancing client relationships.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Electrical Engineering Degree

- Proficient with AutoCAD. Knowledge in MagiCAD/Revit will be an added advantage but not must requirement.

- SS-EN Standards, for example 436 40 00.

- Experience 8 - 15 years in electrical design.

- Ability to work with a minimum of instructions and complete tasks independently.

- Focus on electrical systems for buildings, data centers including power distribution, lighting, life safety and communications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs.

- Must possess a team player attitude.

- An obvious benefit is if you have experience and exposure for work towards Sweden.
