Senior Electrician - Maintenance Services (4-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsible for All plant maintenance.
- Worked with Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC trouble shooting.
- Hands on experience with DC valve, Servo motors, proximities sensor.
- Able to read electrical control panel drawings to solve the problems.
- Hands on experience with Assembly lines.
- Maintenance of SQF, Annealing Furnace & Rotary furnace.
- To find out defects & take appropriate counter measures.
- Maintenance of Mechanical presses from 63 ton press to 800 tons.
- Hydraulic Presses from 10 ton to 250 tons.
- Ensure optimum inventory level of spare parts.
- Hands on experience of Pneumatics & Automation M/cs.
- Periodic preventive Maintenance of machine as Operation and preventive Maintenance, of Air Compressor screw 130 CFM to 355 CFM Atlas copco,
- Responsible of L T panel & HT panel.
- Familiar With control panels &starters, Cooling tower.
- Knowledge of various types of circuit breaker like MCCB,ACB & VCB.
