About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our team for a special project focused on power electronics. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in designing and developing high-efficiency power electronic systems, preferably in the automotive domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative technologies with a talented cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop power electronic circuits and systems.

- Apply strong knowledge of various power electronics topologies.

- Work on traction motor controller's prior automotive domain experience is preferred.

- Identify and mitigate EMI/EMC issues in high-power electronic circuits.

- Conduct FMEA and design circuits based on its outcomes.

- Perform circuit level analysis and validation using tools such as LTspice and PSPICE.

- Address thermal management and optimize energy efficiency of power electronics systems.

- Design and review PCB layouts suitable for high-power electronics applications.

- Perform hands-on validation and debugging using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and other lab equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- Proven experience in power electronics design, especially in traction motor control systems.

- Familiarity with thermal management and high-efficiency circuit design.

- Strong command of simulation tools and lab instrumentation.

- Good understanding of automotive standards and practices is a plus.
