Senior Engineer (7-14 yrs)
Hiring for Senior Civil Engineer with hands-on expertise in Mivan shuttering technology
Location - Pune.
Exp - 7 yrs to 15 yrs
BE.Civil
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction and a deep understanding of site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Execute structural and finishing works, especially using Mivan formwork.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, labor management, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and submit progress reports.
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
-Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in Mivan technology.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, BBS, and formwork systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
