Designation: Senior Civil Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:

- Responsible for site work execution as per project schedule

- RCC Structure for commercial / residential high-rise buildings

- Knowledge in Mivan technology

- Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.

- Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.

- Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.

- Designing and recommending improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics.

- Coordination with Consultant

- Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.

- Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.

Skills & Knowledge, Experience

Required:

- BE Civil with 8-10years in real estate (post qualification)

- Strong knowledge of Site Engineering, Project Execution, Labour Management, Finishing, Project Management,

Site Planning & Coordination, Project Audit, MIS

- Software Knowledge/ Experience needed - Any ERP, AutoCAD, Project Management will be additional benefit.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
