Senior Engineer - Aluminium Die Cast Components (3-7 yrs)
One of our esteemed clients is looking for experienced, diligent, intelligent, engineer with demonstrated experience. Main Objective is to maintain design documentation as per the criterias
- Manage Continuous Engineering Activity for Existing Products; Improve the Design and Performance of Existing Products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1 Item creation and maintain BOM
2 Knowledge of existing product, process and design
- To make product and process improvement to enhance quality, production and efficiency
3 Supporting QC and Production to resolve day to day bottleneck and suggestion of process improvement, deign change, track changes.
4 Customer complaints -Data analysis, Conducting trials, Conclusion, Product improvement, implementation in production, Reconfirmation of development, Presentation to the customer.
5 New Product development
6 Keep track of design change and BOM
7 Trial follow up at end customers.
8 Design of die-casting dies and jigs & fixtures.
9 Trouble shooting for Product Defects
10 Cost Estimation of tools & dies
Skills & Knowledge:-
1 CNC machining & Geometirc Dimensioning & Tolerance (GDT) Engineering calculations is a must.
2 Knowledge of simulation software, CAM programming & Vendor development for machining vendors.
3 ISO 9001 exposure is must.
Experiance :
3 - 7 years in engineering industry preferable if has designed aluminium die cast components. Will be responsible for development of existing and new products / assemblies.
Age : 25 to 30
Qualification :- Dip. in Tool & Die Making OR B. E. (Mechanical) preferred
