- To improve & sustain PM system of Machining area

- Break down Maintenance Achieve & sustain Zero breakdown on CNC M/cs, PLC m/cs, DTC & SPMs independently. Analysis of failures & immediate restoration action & countermeasure corrective actioin

- To carryout planned maintenance activities of CNC machines / equipments Daily Schedule calendar of Preventive maintenance, Predictive condition based maintenance, time based maintenance, Corrective maintenance

- Improvement activities based on happened BD cases, in-process defects, internal customer complaints, cost loss energy, scrap etc.

- Spares Planning - Plan and execute requirement of Electrical & Electronics PLC / CNC equipment spares

- Carryout failure analysis and take counter measures on day to day basis kaizen for MTTR & MTBF improvements

- Planning and implementation of activities / counter measures for achieving Zero Breakdowns in Electronics systems.

- Effective communication with the people down the level and people at higher level.

- Guide operators on daily issues and get the work done from them more effectively.

- To initiate cost saving and energy saving proposals in work area.

- Initiate up-gradation, reconditioning and modifications in machines and equipments.

- Robotics & automation in machine shop with FANUC & UR robots

- Study & adapt to new technology & trends Industry 4.0 & IOT

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates from Maharashtra Preferred. Knowledge of Local Language a MUST.

- Should have good knowledge of PMC programming & Maintenance of various FANUC CNC controllers

- Should have good knowledge of PMC programming & Maintenance of various SIEMENS CNC controllers

- Knowledge about Fanuc Drives & Servo Motors

- Should able to upload / download Programs, Parameters, Ladder from CNC & PLCs

- Knowledge of different VFD systems and PLCs like Mistibushi, Messung and Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens S7-300

- Should have exposure in Mechatronics consisting of Mechanical systems, calibration of systems.

- Execute AMC of electronics systems in CNC Machine shop.

- Should have knowledge and exposure in implementation of TPM systems in CNC Machine shop, including JH activities, PM activities - TBM / CBM, MTTR/MTBF etc.

- Exposure to Why-Why analysis, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions PLC / CNC equipments.

- Diagnostics / fault tree analysis of power electronics, drives, controls and safety systems.

- Hand on experience CNC HMC, VMC, Drill tap center, Honing, Landis machine etc.

- Experience on machines like Mazak. Makino, NTC, AMS, Micromatic, Fanuc Robodrill, Brother etc.

- Prepare, plan and execute PM calendar & PM Schedule

- Upkeep of Maintenance information Machine data, drawing, Modifications, Manuals, BD history, Countermeasures taken, analysis done etc

- Understanding of Maintenance requirement Preventive maintenance IR, TBM, Predictive maintenance CBM, Corrective Maintenance Engineering Kaizens.

- Methodology for reducing Electronic BD.

- Knowledge of SAP systems

- Study & implement IOT projects for machine shop.
