Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Mechanical - Automotive Industry (7-10 yrs)
Preferably from Automotive industry.
Exp- 7-10 yrs.
CTC- 7-8 LPA.
Qualification- BE/Btech- Mechanical.
Typical Duties:
- Planning and supervising of day to day activities of mechanical technicians.
- Reviewing and scheduling of Preventive, Corrective & predictive maintenance activities.
- Analysis Breakdown and identify the root cause and plan for kaizens.
- Identifying Improvement points to improve MTBF & MTTR of machines
- Preparation of departmental metrics for monthly review.
- Improving and retain the Machine Basic condition.
- Communicating with Suppliers for sourcing of OEM/Equivalent machine spares
- Handling of internal customers like manufacturing, quality and safety departments to close machine related issues
- Designing and implementation of improvements & poke-yokes
- Initiating spare cost saving activities.
- Coordinating in house / outside servicing of failed machine spares like pump, gear box, cylinders, mechanical assemblies etc
