Job Description :

Designation / Title : Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

1. Candidate should be from Automobile OEM/ Auto Ancillary / Auto Components industry.

2. Good awareness, preparation and handling of APQP, PPAP, Process Mapping, Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Poke Yoke.

3. Candidate must have knowledge of Trouble shooting, tool costing and fixture, Gauge & fixture validation.

4. Candidate have knowledge of Prototype sample manufacturing.

5. Candidate must have exposure of auto cad/ 3D model for designing of tool/ fixture/ gauges.

6. Candidate have Supplier interaction skills.

7. Exposure of Auto cad and 3D Model.

8. Awareness of Quality Tools like 7QC Tools.

9. Good communication & interpersonal (people) skills.

10. Working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Emails etc.)

Desire Profile :

Experience : 4 to 6 yrs.

Education : Candidate must be have Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical).

Salary Range Rs. 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs based on skill, knowledge & experience

Location : Dewas

- Able to lead the team effectively.

- Good approach in working with cross functional Teams and senior management

- Good knowledge of English language both in verbal and written forms

- Negotiation skills and convincing skills

- Ability to self organize and respect due date

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skill.
