Brief job Description:

- Ensure adherence to sampling inspection plan of engine and vehicle side vendor parts.

- Analysis of daily line issues due to vendor as well as in house parts & NCs observed in sampling inspection.

- Effective communication to concerned departments & vendors for implementing corrective & preventive actions

- Ensure Millipore checking, analysis of critical engine parts

- Ensure SIR inspection of parts as per plan

- Monthly Process audit at vendors for verification of compliance to system

- Implement actions based on In-house process & system audit

- Analysis & resolution of field issues

- Product & performance testing of engine/vehicle

- Monthly communication of quality performance to vendors

- Monthly quality progress reports submission to management

- Guide team members on daily issues and get the work done from them more effectively

- Interface with production / PPC / Mfg Engg / R & D for day to day issues and for improvement projects / engineering changes / new model

- Plan and implement TPM systems in work area to achieve ZERO defect and sustain.

- Active participation while manufacturing of new / upgraded product batches as per plan (Pre-pilot, pilot etc.)

- Effective communication with the people down the level and people at higher level.

- Ensure implementation of high level 5S & housekeeping standards in the QA area.

Salary:INR 9,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Exposure / Experience in the following area:

- Should have product knowledge of all automobile systems related to 3 & 4 Wheeler (Petrol / Alternate Fuels.) engine / transmission / vehicle

- Should have knowledge & expertise in using different problem solving techniques.

- Knowledge of TPM is must.

- Should Possess good communication, planning, coordination and leadership skills

- Should have knowledge and exposure of implementing/maintaining QMS and SHEMS systems

- Understanding of latest engine / vehicle assembly techniques and testing activities.

- Should have experience of using SAP, team center etc

- Should have expertise in using MS office & should possess excellent presentation skills

Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from reputed institute

with good academic track record.

Experience : 5 - 8 years preferably in Automobile Industry in QA function.

Should have scored more than 65% in X,XII and Engineering.Diploma Holders and part Time Engineering Degree holders kindly excuse.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Production/Industrial
