- Good Experience in Automotive Seating Systems - Seat Frames, Kinematics, Foams, Seating Plastics, Seat Covers, Comfort features, safety features, Certification & testing in OEM or Tier-1/2 Companies

- Experience in Engineering functions on the above Systems in OEM or component supplier is preferred.

- Knowledge in Master section creations, Doing styling feasibility studies of interiors systems

- Responsible for Design releases and technical issue closures for Interiors Systems

- Managing the Vehicle BOMs and Engineering Changes

- Technical support for product development, supplier reviews and issue resolutions

- Coordination with various functional departments

- Creating and managing engineering databases with vehicle categorization and providing the vehicle specs and drawings for homologation certifications

- Tracking of product testing and validation and issue resolutions

- Timely addressing on customer complaints and field issues and provide resolutions

- Creation and improvement of Engineering processes for quality improvement

- Executing the VA/VE projects to reduce the BOM cost by standardization, commonization and optimization of parts

- Knowledge on APQP, Quality systems, DFMEA, DVP, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving techniques and Experience performing engineering calculations

- Ability to perform individually in Microsoft office tools

We take input data for use of graphics product design, product model and drives the peripherals for product presentation.

- CAD is extensively applied in automotive engineering processes and 3D designs. It offers a widespread working field for geometry creation as well as for the linkage of numerous simulation procedures, customer demands, and legislation tasks.

- CAD designing and modeling are broadly segmented to passenger vehicle industry and commercial vehicle industry. In the passenger vehicle industry, it is further segmented to two/three wheeler and four wheelers. Whereas the commercial vehicle industry is segmented into truck, van, bus, and trailer. We used CAD to create, modify, analyze, and optimize product design, to drive innovation, slash costs and get incredible new products. 

- Related experience in an automotive industry working in automotive interiors domain and good Hands on experience in CAD and Design Tools.
