Senior Engineer - Chemical Process (4-10 yrs)
- Process FEED & Detailed Engineering
- Mass balance & heat balance calculation.
- Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
- Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
- Estimation of Power load
- Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
- Review of PFD, P&ID
- Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
- Review of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
- To be responsible for all the technical decisions related to process
- Preparation/ Detailing of BFD, PFD & P&ID
- Equipment selection and sizing, Preparation of process and utility equipment specification
- Pump hydraulics and Power consumption, Line sizing for liquids & Gases, Pressure drop calculation, knowledge of Type of valves & Applications.
