Urgent opening for Project Manager/Senior Engineer with an leading well know construction company.
Qualification - BE civil
Location - pune
Sr engineer 8 to 12 yrs
Project manager- 12 to 18 yrs
Age below 42
Exp from residential background is must
Having Exp in Residential high end project
Key Skills: Project Execution, estimation, billing, planning, project management, estimation, MS Office Quantity analysis, calculation and rate analysis
- To follow work as per Civil Engineering standards
- Site execution experience in R.C.C. & Finishing activity for Residential Project
- Assistance to seniors in preparation of method statements, work methods and obtain approval for work
- Prepare project monitoring plans to ensure scheduled timelines and milestones are met.
- Ensure execution of the work as per approved design & drawing and method statement.
- Co-ordinate day to day working of various agencies employed.
- Check all documents at site
- Detailed MIS report
- Check strata according to geotechnical testing at the sites.
- Monitoring the progress and compare with projected schedule
- Using softwares such as MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS office, Hit Office
- Check pour cards / checklist are filled prior to start of work.
