1. Direct supervision of civil construction - RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, doors/windows

2. Quality Control for civil items of workndows, flooring etc.

3. Good knowledge of preparation and monitoring of construction program

4. Must be able to control sub-contractors and labour contractors.

5. Must be able to resolve disputes related to construction sites
