- Site Management.

- Quality Control of materials and Work.

- Quantity surveying.

- Execution of all civil work involved in the project.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation) Planning and executing of the Project and arrangements for manpower and Contractors to complete the project in specific time period.

b) Preparation of ISO Document daily work.

c) Inspection of all Structural and Finish works in accordance with approved Drawings and Specification.

d) Supervising all constructions activities including providing technical input for Methodologies of construction.

e) Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress reports to be submitted to M.D.

f) Arrangements of materials by ERP for smooth execution of the work.

g) Planning and setting targets for Sub-Contractors.

h) Co-ordination with the PE, Jr. Engineer, supervisors to achieve the planned

j) Co-ordination with architects, consultants, contractors and clients.

k) Preparation and review of Method Statements.

l) Co-ordination with Management, Consultant, Client and Sub-Contactors

m) Consistently followed up with company procurement department to make sure

Required materials delivered on time.
