Senior Engineer - Civil/Structural Design - Engineering Procurement Construction Firm (4-15 yrs)
We are having an urgent opening for Civil Structural Engineer for a reputed EPC company for Baroda location.
Position Name : Civil / Structural Senior Engineer
Technical skills required :
- Knowledge of materials, analytical software (STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP etc.), Design concepts / hands-on experience and knowledge of structural steel / reinforced concrete design for buildings / structures (including water retaining) and application in industry (Power or similar)
- Familiarity and application of IS codes and standards and American, British, European codes of practices
- Knowledge in specialized structural design e.g. Chimney, Cooling Tower shall also be considered
- Knowledge of Staad Pro, SAP, Nisha Software or equivalent
- Experience in analysis ad design of power plant structures & facilities
- RCC & structural steel including foundations - load and behavior, structural design and analysis, seismic analysis/ design, soil-structure interaction, design against impulse/ impact loads including safety design approach and probability of failure analysis
- Must be familiar with AERB, BARC, BIS codes and standards
