Job Description :

Hiring for a US based organisation.

Job Role : Sr. Engineer - Customer Support and Projects

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Job Location : Andheri East (Mumbai)

Education Qualification : B.E./B.Tech(Electrical or Electronics Telecommunication Engg)

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Installation and modification of HVAC Products.

- Support customers for resolving technical issues and troubleshooting.

- Responsible for Site Visit and Site Coordination.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems.

- Review and ensure compliance in the components of the project, including drawings, reports, specifications and studies.

- Prepare project requirements/deliverables such as Drawings, specifications, BOQs, Reports, etc.

- Liaising with the Support Manager and the client to keep informed of all developments associated with the project.

- Responsible for preparing Material purchase request with proper, clear specification & correct quantity.

- Coordinate and work with procurement team to get the right materials at site in time.

Skills Required :

- BE/B.Tech Graduate or equivalent Electrical or Electronics Telecommunication

- Strong understanding of HVAC and Electrical Products

- Knowledge of engineering design principles and standards

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good Team player and excellent collaboration skills Work
