Senior Engineer - Design & Engineering - Ground Mount Solar Projects (6-15 yrs)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of experience in design and engineering of large-scale ground-mounted solar projects (20 MW to 50 MW).
Note: Experience in rooftop solar projects will not be considered.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the design and engineering for mega-watt scale ground-mounted solar projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, system layouts, and single-line diagrams using AutoCAD, Google Sketch, and other relevant tools.
- Perform electrical system simulations using ETAP, PVsyst, and similar software.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of project designs.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Proactively engage in project planning and design optimization.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in design tools: AutoCAD, PVsyst, Google SketchUp, ETAP.
- Proven track record in ground-mounted solar design, preferably in Open Access Projects.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication, proactive attitude, and strong team collaboration.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and complex project demands.
