Senior Engineer - DiRXN Application - Gear Box Design (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
A dynamic person with 5 to 8 years of experience in the area of Industrial Gear Box design and Development
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proficient in creating intricate parts, assemblies and mechanical drawings in Solidworks
- Good experience of handling big assemblies(200parts) in SolidWorks
- Experience of modeling tubes, fittings and hoses.
- Experience of working in PLM software's.
- Good experience of selection of UNC/NPT/ISO tubes, fittings and bolts
- Experience of creation of multipage drawings with big BOM (200 parts).
- Good in mechanical drawing reading
- Design SOP Creation and management
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data and information
Job Specification :
- Graduate (BE/B. Tech) in mechanical engineering from reputed institute with min 70% (8 CGPA) marks
- 5 to 8 Years- experience in mechanical engineering domain
- Must have good knowledge in industrial gear box system design
- Knowledge of Geometric dimension and Tolerance
- Keen acumen for design decisions and ability to give attention to details
- Should have experience of managing the projects and creation of process documents mainly to track quality and delivery
Competencies / Skills :
- Good in planning, time management and execution
- Must have experience of product development and concept development
- Exposure to Manufacturing process like casting, forging, sheet metals, machining processes / Assembly process etc.
- Excellent Communication and leadership Skill
- Strong interpersonal skill, Team player, collaborative
- A team player should be able to cooperatively work in multi-disciplinary team.
- Technically sound and self-motivated.
