Senior Engineer/Executive - Maintenance (4-9 yrs)
- We are looking for BE (Electrical OR Mechanical) candidates with having experience in Maintenance from Chemical plant.
Job Requirements :
- He should have experience of Building Management System, Building routine/preventative/break down maintenance, Calibration, weighs & measures, AMC, Scope defining of AMC, Inspect antes, maintaining inventory of regular spares, consumables for smooth operation of R&D process equipments/instruments as well as utilities.
- Applicant should have knowledge of MEP & be familiar with following items / system & have good knowledge of the same :
- DG set (750KVA & above)
- CSS (Compact substation)
- Building electrical system, LT panels, Distribution boards, Bus-riser, Lab plug & sockets, Lighting & earthing system
- UPS
- HVAC (centralized AC, Outdoor compressor unit, Ventilation & exhaust Fans, Ducts, piping etc)
- FAS, PA, Access Control system, Data & telephone lines
- AV system
- CCTV system
- Building Management system (BMS)
- Fire Fighting system (sprinkler, Pumps, etc )
- Lift
- Effluent Treatment Plant
- DM water plant
- Air Compressor
- Chiller & pumps
