Senior Engineer - Instrumentation (4-12 yrs)
Purpose :
The Position holder has to Ensure increase in uptime of plant machinery, equipment & utility. Increase in reliability of equipment inside the plant premises.
Context :
Preventive, Break down, Shut Down Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, utility and development activities
1. Programming & Troubleshooting of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC's (S7-400, S7-300, S7-200 and MICROLOGIX 1500), Siemens Win CC SCADA, HMIs and AC Drives (Siemens micro master 440, SEW, Rockwell, ABB and control technique), Good Knowledge of profibus network communication
2. Preventive/ Predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and Calibration of field instruments like RTD- s, thermocouples, pressure, temperature, level, flow transmitters, control valves, PID controllers, pneumatic, electric actuators I/p converters, load cells, weighing feeders, batching controllers, weigh bridge and weighing scales etc
