Sr Engineer - Instrumentation (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company) Palghar-Maharashtra

Educational qualification : B.E / B. Tech - Electronics/Instrumentation

Minimum years of experience : 7-10 years of experience for BE / B. Tech

Nature of Experience : Relevant experience in a continuous process industry in maintenance and operations of process instruments.

- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, PLCs, Siemens WinCC, SCADA control and plant instrumentation systems.

- EHS and WCM/TPM management

Specific skills / Personal attributes :

- Analytical capability, Team Player, Strong inter-personal, relationship skills, Strong written & verbal communication, Problem solving ability & High level of self-motivation

Exposure to :

- Proficient in Programming/Commissioning/Debugging of Siemens S7400 PLC, Safety PLC Systems & WinCC SCADA

- Process Instruments like RTD, Thermo Couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters

- Calibration and Operation of Weighing System,

- PID Controllers for Oil Burners, Fan, Dampers.

- Fire alarm system maintenance, CCTV.

- Knowledge of server configuration, profibus network.

- Variable Frequency Drives, and Motion control Drives, Programming and commissioning of MM440 drives, Siemens master drives, SEW drives for motion control application.

- Professional maintenance and Focused Improvement methods of TPM.

Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Compliance of Safety Guidelines, Standard and Safety Culture in all respect. Ensuring Total productive Maintenance and higher level of Reliability/Availability of the plant as per organization's need.

- Spare parts and Inventory Control and maintaining higher efficiencies at best economy.

- Experience of managing projects and applying WCM tools and techniques would also be useful.

- Responsible for process Instruments like RTD, Thermo Couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters.

- Calibration and Operation of Weighing System, Variable Frequency Drives.

- PID Controllers for Oil Burners, Fan Dampers.

- Total productive Maintenance.

- Spare parts and Inventory Control

- Safety and Environment Management System.
