Senior Engineer- Mechanical (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Installation, commissioning of new machinery/equipment
- To impart interactive functional training to maintenance team & concerned persons
- Effective Periodic Maintenance planning, and its adherence, timely analysis & control
- To reduce break down hours of the equipments.
- Process monitoring, review & modification / development in machines
- Condition monitoring, system development & control
- Spare part inventory management and material indenting.
- Development of indigenous spares for imported ones to reduce the spares' cost & lead time
- To communicate/liaison with external authorities, suppliers & service providers to carry out concerned jobs
- Continual improvement of maintenance system
- Assist in preparation & updation of maintenance manual/procedure/systems
- Maintaining job cards for maintenance work undertaken on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Generating Maintenance reports as per prescribed format.
