Senior Engineer - Mechanical - Construction (8-10 yrs)
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Senior Engineer (Mechanical). The role is for growth-oriented people with entrepreneurial mindset. Company was established in late 70's in Ahmadabad, India. In the initial years, company activity was mainly concentrated on supplying blow room machines. In 90's cards were added to the production program and in 2002 draw frames. It was in 2009 that a transition began with supply of series of machines to the India. These cutting-edge machines ensured that products and services were of the global level.
Job Description :
- Supervise the production process as per define process parameters
- Have good exposure of grinding operation.
- Conversant with SPM in terms of operation, maintenance, modification and automation.
- Ensure Quality assurance checks as per define parameters to ensure qualitative products
- In depth knowledge for QC Tools and techniques, 7 QC Tools
- Able to plan and execute production
- Able to prepare reports pertaining to final inspection based on the quality parameters
- Allocate work responsibility to workmen category of employees and deal with 100+ nos of head count
- Basic knowledge of operation and maintenance of convention / basic tool room machine / SPM machines
- Well versed with mechanical drawings and technical parameters understanding and guide the workforce
- Well versed with MS - Office
- Language proficiency for Gujarati and English is MUST
