Senior Engineer - Motor Design (8-12 yrs)

Looking for candidates For construct e-Drive R&D team we are looking for a - Senior Engineer of Inverter SW-

Requirements :

1. Responsible for developing hybrid motor control system and control system calibration

2. Develop control strategy and algorithm for ACPMSM, induction motor and three-phase inverter

3. Simulation and analysis of motor driver and big power electronic control system

4. Develop and \or validate control algorithm on the bench, HIL and SIL, and can do test and modification of new algorithm and parameter on the bench and on the vehicle

5. Build parameter sheet and calibration parameter for PM, PMSM, induction motor or any other motors

6. Responsible for component development and vehicle integration working with different colleagues in a fast pace

7. Calibration parameter development and test in the lab, HV bench, transmission and\or vehicle

Qualifications :

1. Have master degree or above

2. Major in motor and power electronics/ electrical engineering, automation

3. 10 years experience in motor control development and test, digit high power electronic product development

4. Must have : engineer training, problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource management, strategic planning and financial management capability

Professional skills :

1. Have good knowledge in motor, motor control, high power digit control

2. Have the latest motor control algorithm development, test and modeling experience, and do study and simulation for new algorithms of the e-drive system

3. Have the latest knowledge of the motor, motor control and high power electronic

4. Tool-using capability : Familiar in using C and C++code, Matlab Simulink and Simplorer
