About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior PLC / SCADA Engineer to work on automation, commissioning, and control systems for advanced heat treatment furnaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, program, and test PLC logic and SCADA systems for heat treatment furnaces

- Configure and integrate PLCs, HMIs, field instruments, drives, and communication networks

- Develop SCADA screens, alarms, trends, and reports for process monitoring

- Perform troubleshooting and resolve automation-related issues

- Lead commissioning, startup, and site acceptance testing activities

- Prepare and maintain documentation including I O lists, wiring diagrams, and backups

- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams

- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

Skills and Qualifications :

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering

- Strong hands on experience in PLC programming such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider

- Experience with SCADA and HMI platforms including WinCC, Wonderware, iFIX, or Ignition

- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, and OPC

- Experience with PID control, temperature control, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation

- Exposure to heat treatment furnaces or high temperature processes is an advantage

- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and support
