Job Title : Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Process analysis & Improvement

Location Navsari - Factory

Quality engineer is responsible for making sure that product and process parameters meet the set Job Purpose forth criteria for the approval of final product at manufacturing facility. An important part of the job involves co-ordinating with operations department to ensure product & process performance meet the product requirements

- On-Job training / OPL

- Encouraging 6S on shop floor

- SPC

- RCA & CAPA

Job Description : Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.

- Responsible for Process analysis and yield improvement.

- Reduction in Rejection percentage.

- Responsible for maintaining process defect root cause analysis and process improvement.

- 6'S implementation at shop floor/work area.

- Ensure process analysis is conducted and measured parameters are within specifications.

- Periodic analysis of process performance and suggest changes for continual improvement.

- Issue and verify CAPA against process and product non-conformities observed during manufacturing process.

- Identify and conduct On-job training & prepare OPL against critical observations.

- Raw material performance trend analysis and report preparation.

Essential : BE / Diploma Engineer

Qualification :

- Process Analysis Measurement

Skills And An Ability To lead team Quality Audit Knowledge :

Ms Office: Excel, Power point, Word Product testing

Process Parameters SPC

QC Tools RCA

- FMEA Communication & Collaboration

- Team Player Tactful and Ability to Function in A Cross- Personal Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision Cultural Environment
