Senior Engineer - Production - Lithium-Ion Battery Assembly Repair & Service (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Supervision and monitor incoming of Batteries and Storage of batteries
- Supervision and Monitoring the Dismantling the batteries as per standards
- To Manage day to day activities of Battery Management System (BMS) Center and meet its hardware and software and training requirement
- To Co-ordinate with Store/Dispatch for inward and outward of Battery
- To Supervise the Cell Testing, Cell Bunching, Grouping & Line Process
- To Manage entire assembly line
- Testing & Validation of output Lithium Ion-Batteries
- Verification & Validation of new firmware & products
- Ensuring zero defect in -FG & final inspection
- Handling Manpower & material Schedule
- Production Planning according to the availability, FIFO and Customer requirement
- Maintaining 5- S Condition on shopfloor
- Ensuring Process Compliance as per technical specification and SOP
- Implementation of various checklist 7QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and streamlining new process
- Handling the tasks maintaining high quality of Production and reduction in rework
- Skill enhancement training for reportees
- Update hourly/daily/weekly/monthly reports
