Senior Engineer - Production Operations (4-10 yrs)
Function: Operations - Welding/Machining/Assembling/Broaching/Grinding/Induction-Hardening/ Press Shop
Core Responsibilities :
- Manpower control & attendance management,
- Unsafe condition Identification & Elimination
- Drive 5S System in his area,
- Monitor the hourly by hour control board & Achieve the Run at rate,
- Achieve the SQDCM (AOP) Targets of his area,
- Suggestion & Kaizen Implementation,
- Update the Visual control boards of his area,
- Co-ordinate for the Material availability with PPC,
- Line stoppage co-ordination & Escalation,
- Attending Sun raise & Sun set meeting,
- Attending NC meeting & clear on the same day,
- Reduce the scrap & Rework in his area,
- Layered audit,
- SAP Book outs as per production.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Implementation of Model cell / Machine./ Zero COC.
