Senior Engineer - Production Planning & Control (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monthly Production Planning as per customer orders & monitoring daily Plan Vs Actuals, with gap analysis and corrective actions.
- Responsible for domestic & import material planning in SAP through MRP.
- Regular coordination with procurement team to ensure timely material availability for meeting production & shipment schedules.
- Cross-functional coordination to address order-to-shipment gaps.
- Daily release of upstream & downstream production schedules and optimum utilization of plant capacity.
- Coordination with QA for inspection-related activities.
- Client coordination for order pulls and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Risk anticipation and mitigation planning to avoid delays.
- Shop order control and inventory management.
Qualification:
- B.E in Mechanical
- 3- 6 Years of Experiences with SAP PP and MS Excel
