Qualification : B.E./B.Tech./Diploma-Mechanical
Responsibility :
1) Call Monitoring & scheduling - Pune, ROM, Goa and CG within company specific response and resolution period, Incidents reporting and primary analysis.
2) Site / PM audits for units under warranty & AMC.
3) Forecasting of spares and on time consumption, maintaining Minimum stock level for territory
4) Troubleshooting & analysis of major failures.
5) Monitoring & reduction in gas consumption in warranty, AMC sites
6) Preparing work method statements and risk analysis for above activities, response to customer technical queries.
