Position: Sr.Engineer - Supplier Development
Qualification: B.E(Mech / EEE)
Experience : 3 to 10 Years
Location: Pondicherry
Preferable Industry : Automotive
Job Description:
- Responsible for actions on Quality issues in Incoming Parts
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Onsite PPAP audit for New Part development
- Incoming PPM reduction by proactive actions
- Work in CFT along with Purchase & Incoming Quality
- Capacity verification during PPAP ( Run @ rate)
Skill Required :
- Knowledge on APQP process, PPAP
- Onsite Supplier Audits/ Evaluation
- Knowledge on Poka-Yoke, PFMEA,Control Plan, SPC, Lean techniques
- Knowledge in using problem solving tools like 7QC tools
- Knowledge on DOE
- Communication skills & Documentation
- Knowledge in ISO & TS documentations
- Carry out vendor performance rating (QCDS) and develop action plan for Gap.
