Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Mechanical Design - Projects (8-10 yrs)
- Mechanical Engineer for Equipment design, preparing specification, cost estimation, Drawing approvals and Expediting the manufacturing of equipment at vendor shops for timely delivery including coordination for inspection.
- Preparation of the Specification for the fabricated equipment like pressure vessels and columns, reactors, tanks, heat exchangers etc.
- Carrying out design calculations as per codes and standards
- Preparing Technical Bid Analysis for equipment
- Checking of the fabrication drawing as per design and manufacturing standards
- Approving of the Equipment fabrication drawings
- Getting the bar chart for the equipment and follow with supplier for the timely delivery
- Coordinate with vendor and inspection for developing QAP/ITP and shop inspection
- Visit the vendors manufacturing units for expediting the manufacturing
- Coordinate with detailed engineering consultants for the equipment drawing approval
- Standardization of equipment ion line with present specifications at various plants
- 8-10 Year experience in Chemical industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of Equipment's Design & specification and working knowledge of PvLite, HTRI will be preferred
