We're seeking an experienced Senior Executive - MEP to join our team, overseeing and managing MEP works on commercial base build projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pre-construction, vendor appointment, MEP budgeting, and contract administration, with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Key Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction & Planning-

- Lead MEP scope development, cost estimating, vendor qualification, and contract review

- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and main civil teams to integrate MEP plans during early project phases.

- Support value engineering, identify commercial variations, and support RFI/change order processes.

Execution & Coordination

- Supervise MEP installation works including HVAC, chilled water piping, electrical distribution, cybersecurity systems, plumbing, fire- fighting, IBMS, elevators, chillers, DG Sets, LV/ELV systems, and related equipment.

- Lead BIM/VDC coordination (Revit/Navisworks) to resolve clashes in advance and streamline shop- drawing delivery.

- Monitor procurement schedules for long- lead items, manage equipment delivery, and oversee vendor performance.

Budgeting, Administration & Reporting

- Create and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, invoices, and status reports.

- Prepare reports including RFIs, submittal logs, punch lists, change orders, and commissioning documentation.

- Maintain contract administration, compliance, EHS protocols, and performance tracking.

Quality, Safety & Standards

- Conduct inspections and audits of MEP installations to ensure compliance with technical specs, regulations, and internal quality standards.

- Enforce EHS standards across MEP scope, coordinating with safety teams and stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, designers, and subcontractors through project delivery.

- Facilitate regular coordination meetings, represent MEP scope with clients, architects, and internal teams.
