Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Procurement (3-8 yrs)
Plan, organize and manage the O&M Procurement process and Supplier Management process for the assigned Plants and Projects.
- Liaise with O&M team and site team to understand their current and planned requirement of spares, services and works. Integrate these requirements into the Procurement Plan
- Sending RFQs to various manufacturers & suppliers as per the requirements shared by O&M. Follow up and arranging quotation from suppliers against the requirement.
- Negotiation with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery timelines.
- Preparation of Comparative statement and sharing the same with Purchase Head for further approval
- Issue P.Os and follow up with suppliers for best delivery timelines.
- Coordination with accounts team for payments to suppliers.
- Coordination with Site team regarding material receipt confirmations and submission of Invoices to HO.
- Ensuring P to P cycle for procurement of material.
- Develop and maintain a commercially sound Supplier List, survey the market for new supply sources including non-traditional ones and maintain the "Approved Supplier List".
- Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and contractors, manage relationships and building effective partnerships.
- Review sub-contract's terms and conditions - Ensure the Company's best interest is consistently achieved
