Senior Executive (Engineering & Maintenance) for a Global Pharmaceutical company at Vizag
Designation : Senior Executive (Engineering & Maintenance)
Role : Instrumentation/DCS - Calibration
Industry : Pharmaceuticals (API)
Work Location : Vizag
Gender Preference : Female (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities :
- Having hands on experience in ABB 800xA DCS programing.
- Planning & Execution of different types of maintenance & trouble shooting of instruments/control systems (PLC/DCS/MES) and its accessories
- Review/execution of CSV of control systems/instrument qualification documents as per procedures & guidelines.
- Carryout/Review calibration of instruments : pressure, temperature, flow, UV, TOC, pH, conductivity, VOC etc).
- Preventive maintenance/predictive maintenance (PLC/DCS/MES Control systems) activities as per schedule.
- Execution/review of different types of maintenance & trouble shooting of instruments/control systems (PLC/DCS/MES) and its accessories
- To ensure all equipment (control systems) and instruments are operated and maintained as per manufacturers recommendation.
- Co-ordination with contract services providers for the equipments and instruments AMC/Break down service.
- Planning, Coordination & Execution of CSV activities and equipment Qualification/Requalification.
- Preparation/review & Imparting training on SOPs, IOPs and Qualifications etc.
- Knowledge in handling, trouble shooting of PLC/DCS/MES related hardware & software.
