Senior Executive/Executive - Administration - Oil & Gas Domain (5-6 yrs)
Sr Executive/ Executive - Administration @ Bathinda ( Punjab )
Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap.
Position : Sr Executive/ Executive - Administration
Location : Bathinda ( Punjab )
Education : Any Graduation
Experience : 5 to 6 years of General Administration in a large scale Company.
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate will be responsible for General Administration of a large scale plant as per guidelines and policies laid down by the company. Candidate should have experience in General Administration, Transport Management, Guest House services, Cafeteria Services Facilities Management, Asset Management, Stationery and Courier services, Event Management and Employee engagement activities. Broad activities are as follows:
- Managing Opex and Capex budgeting with experience in budget planning & consolidation.
- Developing and implementing policies, integrated procedures to ensure qualitative, cost effective & value added administrative services.
- Planning and monitoring administrative activities
- Implementing stringent systems / measures to establish cost effective and high standard services and facilities.
- Handling the vendors, material, machinery & resources.
- Responsible for the overall planning, coordination of the organization's response related to all administration related activities of Plant in effective & timely manner.
- Disaster/ emergency management programs.
- Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs for performing administration related activities.
- General administration and office management. Liaison with local administration and other stakeholders.
- To guide and co-ordinate the activities of subordinates ( in supervisory and staff grade ) as well as with contract supervisors to ensure timeliness & correctness of their deliverables.
2. Education, Experience & Skills :
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 5 to 6 years of General Administration in a large scale Company.
- Strong communication skills ; Both verbal & written, Ability to take risks and initiatives
- Good knowledge of computer ( MS Office )
- Experience of working in SAP is preferred ( Would add value )
