Job Description :

1. DEPARTMENT : OE-3 (Bangalore)

2. DESIGNATION / LEVEL : Executive ~ Sr. Executive

3. QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's degree in commerce or engineering


5. TOTAL EXPERIENCE : 6~9 Yrs (Please focus only on this)

6. JOB LOCATION : Bangalore (Preferably from Bangalore or nearby areas)

7. GENDER : No preference

9. SALARY RANGE : 5~9 Lakhs

10. TARGET COMPANIES : any Tier-1 auto-component company who supply to TOYOTA



A) Knowledge about auto Industry

B) Hands on experience in MS Excel

C) Good written and spoken communication


A) Well versed with handling delivery operations to OEMs (preferably having experience in Auto Component Industry)

B) Good in communication & approach to other companies / departments (build relation with persons)

C) Good knowledge about handling forecast fluctuations / negotiation skills with customer


A) Delivery Management for Toyota OE & OES supplies (forecasting, fluctuation, negotiation, ensure smooth on-time dispatches etc.)

B) Key account Management for Tier-1 suppliers (like AISIN / JTEKT etc.)

C) Support other dept. activities (like production preparation)

D) Part by part forecast receive from customer, process/study & issue to company Manufacturing Plants.

E) Analyse fluctuations in customer forecast/orders, and make claims of dead stock/air freight etc.

F) Support for project management: new product development, milestone tracking, development status report to customer, discuss event wise quantity requirements & gather necessary support from customer etc.
