Experience : 5+ Years.
Notice Period : Immediate or less than 15 days will be Preferred.
Job Description :
- Preference is for a female candidate & she must be ex-servicemen or police background as she needs to create influence and manage the blue-collar manpower hence, we need the candidate from such background only.
- Conducting mock drills, Anti-Terrorist drills such as evacuation drill etc. inside the mall as per the approved calendar.
- Audit Management - conducting various audits as per the approved Audit schedule and closure of the audit points like :
- Pump room Audits, Returnable Gate pass audits, Kitchen hood cleaning audit, ETBS Management, FAS management & Lift Audit.
- Training the agency staff on the following :
- Disaster Management, Call signs, Tool box trainings, Fire safety trainings & Evacuation drill trainings.
- Planning, monitoring, and ensuring execution of planned schedules.
- Parking Management.
- Frisking & Gate pass management.
- Checklist creation and adherence to the same.
