Senior Executive - Instrumentation Project (4-8 yrs)
Possess strong business knowledge in detailing, designing & executing process automation systems like PLC, SCADA & DAS & CSV validation.
- Strong knowledge of Injectable operation like SIP/CIP, clean room monitoring and equipments like filling machines, autoclave, lyo, packaging machines etc.
- Responsible for managing the instrument spares inventory to optimum level.
- To be responsible for detail engineering, vendor selection, installation & commissioning of PLC, various control systems and different type of batch applications.
- Responsible for deployment of vendor, technical evaluation & audits.
- To be responsible for preparation of data sheets for different field instruments, PLCS, various type of measuring instruments and SCADA systems.
- Able to manage calibration and preventive activities with compliant requirement.
- Single point contact for all instrument department related day to day issues, maintenance etc.
- Exposure to USFDA audits is added advantage related to instrumentation.
- Candidates must have the experience into erection commissioning in green filed project of instrumentation equipment not into maintenance.
- Must have the experience in chemical or petrochemical industry only.
- Experience : 4 to 8 years into utility projects.
