Senior Executive - IPQA (3-6 yrs)
- Ensure that IPQA activities are maintained in all areas.
- Reviewing deviations and incidents raised by IPQA subordinates.
- Monitorring and reviewing all activities related to dispensing and sampling, in Raw Material and Packing Material Stores.
- Investigating any failures, OOS.
- Ensuring line clearance at all stations before and after the process change.
- Review of all log books.
- Ensuring compliance to protocols during validation and qualification activities.
- Ensuring calibration and verification is done prior to operations.
- Performance and compliance to preventive maintenance schedule.
- Review of BMR at each process as per the area designated.
- Ensure compliance to GMP.
