Senior Executive - Logistics Operations (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Coordinating with warehouses, Producers/ vendors and other agencies like custom clearing agents, shipping line agents, inspection agencies etc. located worldwide.
2. Obtaining sales contracts and/or letter of credits and updating status of transactions in SAP.
3. Planning shipments and maintaining close coordination with various vendors/ their agents/ offices.
4. Arranging space booking on vessels from shipping lines and freight forwarders.
5. Obtaining B/Ls, shipping documents and other documentation, as required from vendors, shipping lines, forwarders and other agencies etc.
6. Coordinating and interacting with various service agencies in the course of shipments.
7. Interaction with internal departments and overseas offices of Vinmar and delivering to their requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Working timing will be from 1 PM to 9 PM
Education : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
