The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Maintaining proper tracking and communication to customers during transit and upon delivery
- Ensuring 100% AWB numbers are available while shipped
- Managing the status update on CRM on a daily basis
- Overseeing and reporting daily, weekly, monthly metrics
- Identifying trends and assessing opportunities to improve processes and execution
- Conducting research for special projects and presenting written/oral briefings
The Profile :
- You have experience in an Operations or similar role, along with strong knowledge of Excel.
- You are able to address operational concerns and issues and monitor overall customer satisfaction
- You are able to communicate with others effectively
- You are goal-oriented and are able to work with details and time-sensitive issues
- You possess good decision-making skills and are able to respond professionally in high-pressure situations
